Q•POMPONI / [M]VSA Melpomene, the Muse of Tragedy, standing facing, head right, wearing sword at her waist, holding a club with her right hand and tragic mask in her left. Babelon (Pomponia) 14. Crawford 410/4. RBW 1486. Sydenham 816. The obverse struck slightly off center and with minor areas of weakness on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.
